Isseu 1 - RIGHT TO EQUAL PENSION

All British-Gurkha soldiers and their families are demanding the right to parity in pension and benefits enjoyed by their British counterparts. Currently, Gurkhas are denied this right on the ground that they live in a poor country, Nepal, with lower living standards. This logic of the Ministry of Defence has no legal or moral basis and is racial and discriminatory in nature. The total number of all Gurkhas to benefit from equal pension rights will be less than 40,000.
